What do I need to know to start my project?

One of 10 forms required and must comply with Standards and Procedures:

Form 1:  Projects greater than $150,000:  New home construction... Major exterior remodeling... Major additions.

Form 2:  Projects greater than $25,000 but less than $150,000:  Additions... Major exterior changes.

Form 3:  Projects greater than $5,000 but less than $25,000:  Minor exterior architectural changes such as adding driveway pavers, enclosing a patio, and adding an outdoor grill or fire pit.

Form 4:  Projects less than $5000:  Small architectural projects such as upgrading a front entry door or garage doors, etc.

Form 5A:  Small architectural projects using a new OR existing color – current paint palette

Form 5B:  Flat Roof Resurfacing.

Form 6:  Major landscape renovation greater than $5,000… ALL landscape lighting renovation projects.

Form 7:  Solar energy devices.

Form 8:  Satellite Dish/Antenna.

Form 9:  Temporary Dumpsters.

* ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED ARC MEETING TO BE CONSIDERED/REVIEWED AT THAT MEETING.  FOR MEETING DATES AND SCHEDULES PLEASE LOG IN TO VIEW THE EVENT CALENDAR OR CONTACT MIKE ROBERSON AT 602-433-0331 OR ROGER TORNOW AT 480-607-5090.

Don’t Forget to Obtain Written Approval from TVA’s ARC Before Making Any Changes to your Lot.

Please be aware that Section 8.01 of the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Troon Village requires obtaining written approval from TVA’s Architectural Review Committee before you commence any construction on your Lot.  Forms for submission are available above.

TVA has adopted a policy that starting work without written approval from TVA’s Architectural Review Committee (in violation of the provisions of the Declaration) will result in a stop work order and will be subject to a substantial fine.  Those fines could be up to $500.00 per day.  Thank you in advance for your compliance.
